1. A bain-marie is a equipment usually used to heat food products.
2.Technical Fabrication Process:
A. Design & Material Selection: Product was designed using SoidWorks & Material used food-grade stainless steel SS304. Thickness 1mm sheet for inner tank and 1.2mm sheet for outer frame.
B. Fabrication Process Steps: Cut stainless steel sheets to design dimensions using P.D Blanking & Beading operation using ARFT tool.
Bending inner tank & outer frame flanges to fit accurately.
Welding all corners with proper welding & final surface finishing was done with Buffing & Cleaning process.
