Canlar is a textile machinery manufacturer that exports to many countries worldwide. Someparts used in fabric washing machines are produced using the EMZ3612M2-C45.Theseparts must be high accuracy and burr-free. This ensures the machine never damages thefabric pieces during operation. The customer ordered the EMZ3612M2-C45 machine toproduce the forms we submitted for the competition. The forming tools and standard toolswere produced at the Amada Outillage factory. First the holes were punched on the sheetmetal with cluster tools and single tools. Then we used single forming and multiple form ing(UPFORM COUNTERSINK EMBOSS ) LIST OF THE TOOLS - We used 2 different forming toolsand 2 pre punch tools - 1-Pre punch single 2-Cluster pre punch 3- Single form 4- Multipleform (4 forms at the same) This job was done with thousands of forms.We have very goodresults even sheet metal dimensions 2000-1250 cm.There is no deformation.
