This piece, part of the Ossimori collection, was created specifically for the competition in AMADA’s colors: red, black, and silver.
The distinctive feature of this tray lies in the combination of two shapes — the square and the circle — structured in such a way that the circle appears to emerge from the base.
The aluminum used is a type characterized by extremely high strength and lightness; it can be bent only up to a certain radius, beyond which it breaks.
The challenge lies in assembling the iron ring, which is created through a calendering process of the iron band and then welded to the disc to form the support surface for the heat-resistant silicone mat.
