Each product’s top and bottom covers must be assembled and inspected using 3D measurement instruments to generate a digital production record. The R-corner of the covers must align precisely with the front plastic panel, and the gap between them must not exceed 0.2 mm. At the same time, dynamic SOPs are introduced through Meta MR glasses during assembly to optimize the riveting sequence, ensuring structural dimensional stability and reducing defect rates.
