We sincerely thank you very much for receiving honorable Japan Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman's Award on our "exhaust system" and also deeply appreciate with the result of our technology experienced day by day with 5 times participation in the past.

We started to manufacture the work piece how complex work we can produce by combination of digital development by 3D CAD with manual processing and welding which is usual analogy.

We finally managed to make the shape after many trials and errors 7 months with difficulty in tiny gap or warp as well as narrow path for welding torch to squeeze in at welding process of more than 300 pieces. This valuable award gives great confidence to us since we wanted to challenge to make work piece with full utilization of our equipment and sheet metal technology while our daily sheet metal job has been carried out based on design drawing.

We shall endeavor for further improvement of technology and development at future job in use of technique and idea gained from manufacturing this work.
