I have the honor of receiving the award of Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, for which thank you very much.

It was mere impromptu idea to make "remains" then, guess the completed image and unfold shape was achieved after many trials and errors. It was quite a job to keep 264 bends in good accuracy at production stage. The back-gauge and marking-off line could not be used for bending but only eye measurement. The tiny triangle notches were added on both side of bend line for a guide because of eye measurement, where excellent capability and patience were in need for work. We have learnt that creation and invention make the shape that is unlikely to be realized possible to be materialized.

This work taught us that putting every idea from all staff together in daily work for materialization of requirement matters from customer led that there was no impossibility.

I would like to give an opportunity for junior staff to exhibit the fair for level the skill up and succession of know-how then, to utilize for nurturing them through the experience like this.

We, all staff would like to endeavor to the best of our ability for manufacturing in serving the world.
