Energy conservation and high-speed processing are combined. An in-house made fiber laser and a latest drive mechanism are adopted.

A low-center of gravity carriage and a latest drive mechanism are adopted to achieve the highest feed rate of the class.

The energy and maintenance savings characteristic of a fiber laser ensure cost reduction and processing range expansion.

■ Feature(1) : High-speed processing of thin to medium materials
A lightweighted carriage is adopted (30% less mass as compared with Amada's conventional laser machines).
The low center of gravity carriage allows for high-speed processing of thin materials.
The processing speed is increased with a high-torque motor and a helical rack.
■ Feature(2) : The fiber laser provides lost-cost cutting.
The efficiency of heat exchange with the laser is high and conducive to power cost savings.
No laser gases are required.
■ Feature(3) : The oscillator is built in the machine to achieve a small footprint.
