- A13. You should first confirm that the shares are in your own name. If the shares are in the name of another shareholder, there is a possibility you will lose your shareholder's rights after conversion of the shares to book-entry form is executed.
We also recommend that you consider depositing your share certificates with a securities firm for safekeeping.

- A1. Amada's fiscal year-end settlement date is March 31 of each year. The interim settlement date is September 30 of each year, the first quarter settlement date is June 30 of each year, and the third quarter settlement date is December 31 of each year.
