AMADA has been providing developed products based on each area of assessment: energy saving, resource efficiency, recycle of resources, limitation of material use, consideration for the environment at the time of use, rationalization of packaging, and providing information.
Among the low environmental-stress products, ones that have improved remarkably than previous models based on environmental assessment are called ECO PRODUCTS.
LC-F1NT series
3 axis Linear Motor Drive Laser Machine.
LC-F1NT achieves to reduce about 65% of power consumption by adopting energy-saving mode during standby compared to conventional machines.
Moreover, it also can reduce about 27% of the amount of lubricating oil use by a linear motor drive.

AE-NT series
Installing the AC Servo Single Drive punching machine.
AE-NT achieves to reduce about 70% of power consumption and in addition, it made the amount of the hydraulic fluid use to zero.

HD-NT series

Hydraulic bending machines installed the hybrid drive system composed of a high efficiency bi-directional piston pump
and an AC servomotor.
Their power consumption is about 50% of those of our conventional machines and their volumes of oil used have been
reduced about 50%. So, they bring about a great effect to reduction of environmental impacts as the "energy saving and
resource saving" machines.

SDEW series
SDEW Series is a 2-point Servo Drive Mechanical Press with a servo-controlled motor.
It is capable of difficult processing work having a great deal of digitally commanded motions and strokes, while also accommodating a variety of production duties ranging from prototypes to series production.
■Energy-saving:
The motor runs only when the slide activates through a control command. In addition, energy generated from slowing down or stopping the motor is recovered and stored in a condenser to be used as the next drive source. As a result, it consumes less power compared to flywheel-equipped mechanical presses in which the motor is running full-time.
■Resource-saving:
A circulating oil system has been adopted for the sliding section in place of the combination-type wet clutch/ brake used in conventional mechanical presses. As a result, the oil bath system is no longer necessary, so less lubricant is consumed.

EML-NT Series
The EML-NT series are "intelligent" punch/laser combination machines in the EM-NT series, equipped with AC servo direct twin drive on the punching drive.
In addition to many oil and energy saving features, also featured is a system in which braking energy from RAM control is recovered and stored in a condenser, to be reused as energy for RAM acceleration. As a result, the EML-NT series offers significantly higher performance than conventional combination machines, while also saving energy and natural resources.
EM-NT Series
Punching machine using AC Servo Direct Twin Drive. This is an oil-free machine using 60% less electric power consumption. Also, the world highest hit rate of 500 hits per minute has realized the productivity as high as twice our traditional model. 30t type is released following 20t, it shows a big improvement in environmental load reduction. Quattro
Quattro is a small-sized laser cutting machine created with the main concept of high cost performance and space saving. Quattro means "four" in Italy. The machine was named after Italian "four" due to its' 4 major features as you see below.

We have actualized the smallest machine in this class, 2,870×2,158 mm

By employing small-size nozzle, we have reduced by half the amount of assist gas to operate the machine as compared to the old model.

EX Tooling
The quality of the tool has been improved by using high grade materials and the adoption of a special coating. Therefore the tool life has increased, maintenance time has decreased to 1/3, and trouble occurrence has been reduced.

Cutting fluid

These cutting fluids are free of chlorine, which causes the generation of dioxin during the thermal recycling process, as well as chemical substances controlled by PRTR* laws.
